The beans are roasted over an open flame at over 8,000 feet in the pristine Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
Our organic beans are roasted on demand, so they not only arrive fresh, but they're good for you too!

Please note that beans are roasted on weekends and shipped the following Monday.
